As many of our customers know we currently exchange some ink cartridges including most of the Brother, Canon and Epson cartridges and all Toner cartridges. We are going to try and increase the exchange program to include Dell, Lexmark and HP cartridges also. We have temporarily obtained special pricing for these cartridges to try and make the exchange pricing competitive with refilling. To continue to recieve this pricing we will have to have the volume in sales for the supplier.

We have negotiated better pricing to be able to exchange more cartridges.
We have not raised the price of our in house refills since we opened the store 4 years ago, while the cost of bulk ink has increased every year. We now are exchanging / selling more commercially refilled cartridges as the pricing is compareable to what the new in house cost would be.

WEBSITE UPDATE

We are having the website redisigned and hope to have a new site up soon. The new site will not have remanufaured cartridge pricing online as it changes to often and has to be manually entered. OEM Cartridge pricing is a vailable by looking at any BigBox website as we will match or even be lower than the BigBox stores.

We are now stocking the OEM HP 564, 920 and 940 Ink Cartridges in XL sizes. We also have remanufcatured cartridges as they are coming avavialable now.

Due to the current limitations on our website space we are unable to add them to the regular HP pages. We are currently working on the website to correct this problem.

Attention LEXMARK 14, 15, 23, 24, 28, 29, 36, 37 CARTRIDGE Users

To our customers using the Lexmark Printers with the # 14 & 15, 23 & 24, 28 & 29 or 36 & 37 Return Program Cartridges that as you know can not be refilled, we have a solution for you now. Lexmark produces 2 styles of cartridges for each of those cartridge numbers. The Return Program Cartridges that came with the printer when purchased (non-refillable) and the same cartridges with the letter "A" after the number that can be refilled.
We our stocking brand new Lexmark 14A, 15A, 23A, 24A, 28A, 29A, 36A and 37A cartridges that can be refilled after you replace your original cartridges that can not be refilled. The replacement A series cartridges then can be refilled at $9.99 for black (14A, 23A, 28A, 36A) and 14.99 for color (15A, 24A, 29A, 37A) pricing.
